Data from recent studies suggest that large number of adults have low Vitamin B12 levels. Symptoms of deficiency are Tingling in Fingers and Toes, Forgetfulness, Confusion, Psychosis, Hallucinations, Tremors, Depression, Chronic Fatigue, Urinary Incontinence, Weight Loss and Shortness of Breath. Unfortunately most of these symptoms are also attributed to "normal" aging and can be confused with other neurological diseases. In Indian population Vitamin B12 deficiency is prevalent as Indian diet is not a good source of Vitamin B12. It is often missed as most of us are not tested
